Question 1

What format do Quarter Hour downloads use?

Accepted Answer

Quarter Hour currently supports private PDF downloads. Each live shop listing describes its product. The Quarter Hour Weekly Planner is still staged and is not a live purchasable listing; products appear in the shop only after publication and approval.

Question 2

Do I need a Quarter Hour account before checkout?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign in or create an account before you start checkout. Each listing uses a hosted, one-time checkout for its displayed price.

Question 3

When is a purchase added to my library?

Accepted Answer

Access is granted only after the checkout provider reports a completed payment and Quarter Hour verifies the paid amount against the order. Returning from checkout alone does not unlock a download.

Question 4

Where do I get the file after payment?

Accepted Answer

After payment is verified, the private PDF is available from the library of the account that started checkout. When the receipt is sent, it includes a secure link to that library item.
